An unlike the pheromone spray back in season 1, this compound even affects Clark! Hijinks, prepare to ensue!
With a fun supporting cast that includes The Jeffersons alums Isabel Sanford and Sherman Hemsley and Eight Is Enough patriarch Dick Van Patten, Season's Greedings is a sweet treat.
So hop aboard the sleigh and don't worry about being allergic to reindeer, because we've hired a guy to pull it. You might know him -- he spends a lot of time flying in and out of Metropolis. Yep. You'll never guess who.

It's A BOLT FROM THE BLUE! Superman is, of course, the Blue, and when he's struck by a lighting bolt ⚡️ while touching another human, the other guy gets Superpowers. Although New Guy will save your puppy from a burning building, it'll cost you $29.95. That's the wrong way to be a Superhero (at least according to Superman, who couldn't ever be wrong himself.)
MEANWHILE, Lois just wants the scoop on how New Guy got his powers. Could it have anything to do with... Superman? Of course it does. But Superman's not telling. To make matters wackier, New Guy might just have a little crush on Lois!
With hilarious acting from Leslie Jordan and Cindy Williams, there's nary a dull moment in this episode. Tune in for flying rats, invisible cats, nonexistent cheese, random references to American historical figures, and more!

That Old Gang Of Mine: It's sad, but we love it. It's angsty, but we really love it. It's ridiculous, but who cares? LOIS HAS FEELINGS FOR CLARK! ❤️❤️❤️
A scientist decides to clone/resurrect 1930s gangsters with the hopes of altering their personalities and making them good citizens. For... reasons?... he brings back a bunch at once and, whoops, they all begin taking over Metropolis!
At first, it's kind of funny. Bonnie is horny. Clyde doesn't know about credit cards. Al Capone thinks he can bribe Perry White. And John Dillinger is a bit too giddy with the dynamite. We also meet Lois & Clark's hungry-hungry informant, Bobby Bigmouth, who leads L&C to an illegal gaming club, where Lois loses a lot more than just a bucketful of nickels. 😭
This evergreen fan-favorite has inspired numerous fanfic and discussion, especially about the end scene. If you know, you know. If you don't -- go rewatch it. Then laugh & cry along with us as we revisit That Old Gang Of Mine!

Operation Blackout: The "Army" Episode -- and yet so much more.
Premiering on October 30, 1994, Operation Blackout may be the closest L&C ever came to having a true Halloween episode. Consider the scene in which a perfectly-timed power outage coincides with a man in a wig pushing Lois out of her tenth-story-apartment window!
Lest we forget that Lois lives on the third story.
Meanwhile, from the depths of the Daily Planet basement emerges a linotype machine (completely operational despite a recent "incident" at said building) and with it comes Andy Tucker, here to awaken everyone with a 3-mile radius.

Extra Extra! We Saw Supergirl 👀 (Minor Spoilers Ahead!)
 
Julie and Jenn are back for a special Extra Extra episode! And this time, we’re diving into our experience seeing Supergirl at an advanced screening!
 
We’re sharing our immediate reactions fresh from the theater: first impressions, favorite moments, things that surprised us, and a few elements that didn’t totally work for us. We also talk about watching the film through our perspectives as women and discuss some of the themes and character moments that stood out.
 
Heads up: this episode includes minor spoilers. Nothing huge (we’re not giving away major twists or ending moments) but we do talk about a few scenes, character details, and moments from the film.
